Do not "double-click" too many times on the screen while downloading is in progress as this will cause further disruption. Kindly allow the downloading process to complete before you begin answering the questions.
Should you encounter "hanging" during downloading, press "F5" key or "Refresh" button. However, this will refresh your page and a new set of questions will be displayed.
The recommended connection speed is 115,200 bps. However, should you experience slowdown in connection service from your ISP (Internet Service Provider), we recommend that you reconnect your internet connection, or to switch to another ISP, if you have subscribed to another ISP.
Upon completing your exercises, click the "Submit" button to view your results.
Once results is submitted and you are at the Result page, please do not use the "Back" or "Refresh" button as it will disrupt your session and you will be required to redo the exercises.
Click the "Finish" button to update your eReport Card and to return to the eExamination Hall page.
Provided that your modem's default setting is not configured otherwise, each session has a maximum time limit of up to an hour.
You are required to attempt all questions.
